Boarding Tutor job summary
As a Boarding Tutor, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, supportive and structured boarding community where students feel safe, valued and inspired to succeed academically, socially and personally. No two days are the same, and you will become an important part of our students’ daily lives — offering guidance, encouragement and stability while helping to shape a positive and vibrant boarding experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people, thrives in a team environment, and wants to make a genuine impact on students’ lives beyond the classroom.
You will join a dedicated and welcoming boarding team that is committed to making a real difference to the lives of our boarders and fostering a strong sense of community within the College.
This is a term-time only position.
We have a range of shifts available including Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings and Weekends. Accommodation on site maybe available if working more than 18 hours a week in a boarding role. Please indicate within your application the days and times that you are available to work.
Example of shift times, Morning 0730-0830, Afternoon 1540-1940, Evenings 1730-2200. (These can vary)
