Job Title: Breakfast and After School Club Assistant

Location: Cromwell Community College

Salary: ALT Grade C, £12.45 - £12.65 per hour

Hours: Mornings, 07:30 – 08:40 and Afternoons, 15:30 – 17:00

This is a fixed-term position until 31st August 2026.

Are you passionate about working with children and creating engaging, enriching experiences? We are seeking a dynamic, responsible, creative, enthusiastic and organised assistant.

Cromwell Community College is looking for a Breakfast and After-School Assistant to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team. This role will include supporting the staff, maintaining the strong relationship we have with school staff, being approachable to our parents and above all provide a safe, caring, stimulating and fun environment for the children in our care.

What we’re looking for:

  • A friendly, enthusiastic, and caring individual with a passion for working with children.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting (desirable but not essential).
