About the role: Marden Primary Academy has a fantastic opportunity and are seeking to appoint a Breakfast and After School club Assistant / Breakfast and After School club Leader, to join as soon as possible. This role is ideal for those who genuinely have a passion for helping children and supporting our team to provide excellent provisions outside of the classroom for our pupils. Our appointed candidate will receive full support and training from colleagues and respective staff.
Each and every member of staff, regardless of their position or seniority, is expected to participate in the overall running of the school and to act as a positive role model for our students. In and out of the classroom you will encourage and promote positive behaviour and effectively manage any situation that threatens to impact on the progress of other students.
This is a fixed term, part-time position requiring the successful candidate to work 20 hours per week (7.30am-8.30am, 3pm-6pm Monday - Friday), Term Time only. The salary offered is dependent on the role;
Breakfast and After school Club Assistant; actual salary of £7,824 (£17,634 FTE)
Breakfast and After school Club Leader; actual salary of £8,060 (£18,16 FTE)

Previous, recent experience in an education setting
Being independent and able to work under pressure
Excellent communicator at all levels
