Monday to Friday term time only

27 ½ hours per week

7:15-9:15am and 2:30-6:00pm

Grade 5 P12-P15 depending on experience

£16,984 - £19,011

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Manager to deliver high-quality wrap around care for our pupils in our Before and After School Club “BAFTA”, to start as soon as possible.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervising staff and pupils in BAFTA, monitoring pupil attendance and staffing numbers, maintaining a healthy, safe and well-behaved environment at all times, taking action as necessary.
  • Planning, preparation and provision of suitable indoor and outdoor activities for pupils including homework support appropriate to the age and the needs of the pupils taking into account different areas of learning.
  • Checking/taking the online register making sure it tallies with the expected numbers, taking action as necessary.
  • Preparing and Serving healthy food and drink choices and ensuring pupils individual needs are met e.g. dietary requirements, allergies etc.
  • Administrative duties including ordering food provisions and curriculum resources, provision of receipts when requested, ensuring paperwork and policies are current and up to date.
  • Establishing good relationships with pupils and parents and interacting positively with them.
  • Following all school policies and procedures particularly in relation to safeguarding, behaviour and health and safety.
  • Administering any necessary basic first aid and recording all injuries following the correct procedures.
  • Administering medication if required following the correct procedures.
