- Shows patience, kindness, and a nurturing approach to support children’s wellbeing.
- Has basic organisational skills to assist with setting up and clearing the club area.
- Is sensitive to the needs of pupils with SEND and those from disadvantaged backgrounds, embracing our inclusive ethos.
If you are enthusiastic about making a real difference in children’s lives and growing professionally in a supportive environment, we would love to hear from you.
What We Offer
- The chance to be part of a caring, values-driven school community.
- Opportunities for professional development in childcare, safeguarding, and health and safety.
- A supportive environment that encourages continuous learning and growth.
- The satisfaction of contributing to a safe, inclusive, and happy start to the school day for all pupils.
