Breakfast Club Leader job summary
Riverside Primary School is looking to appoint a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Breakfast Club Leader to join our team. This is a wonderful opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our pupils start their day in a safe, happy and positive environment.
Hours 7:30am - 9:30am, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily running of the Breakfast Club.
- Provide a warm, welcoming and safe environment for children before the school day begins.
- Prepare and supervise the serving of healthy breakfast options.
- Organise engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Ensure high standards of behaviour and promote positive relationships.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety procedures at all times.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and staff.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience working with primary-aged children.
- Is positive, organised and dependable.
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Has a clear understanding of safeguarding and child welfare.
- Holds a relevant childcare qualification (desirable but not essential).
