What skills and experience we're looking for

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving breakfast to children in a safe, hygienic, and friendly environment. (Food handling training will be provided)
  • Setting up a range of indoor games, toys, and activities to keep children engaged
  • Interacting and building positive relationships with children to ensure they feel supported and happy
  • Organising and supervising outdoor activities from 8:20am-9:45am (weather permitting)
  • Clearing away, washing up, and tidying to maintain a clean and organised environment

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic
  • Able to use their initiative and work as part of a team
  • Confident interacting with children of primary school age
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Willing to uphold safeguarding and health & safety procedures
  • Experience working with children is desirable but not essential - the right attitude matters most!
