Key administrative duties include assisting the Inclusion Co-ordinator with special needs procedures and producing individual reduced timetables for students. You will administer and assess routine tests, invigilate exams, and act as a crucial point of contact for vulnerable students, the EWO, and parents. Furthermore, you will manage initiatives like the 'Behaviour for Learning' programme and SEN Raising Boys' Achievement.
