Working pattern
- Full time: 37.5 hours/week, whole year. Part time expressions of interest considered. Monday to Friday, 3-week rotational shifts of 7.5 hours each.

- £25,873 - £32,451 (dependent on skills and experience)
What skills and experience we're looking for
-
- Good literacy, numeracy and general IT skills
- Knowledge and experience of DIY skills, carpentry, plumbing and small repairs to plastering.
- Ability to carry out general repairs without supervision.
- Experience of carrying out health and safety checks and maintaining relevant records.
- Experience of caretaking or premises management desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge and experience of cleaning techniques.
- Use of commercial cleaning and commercial site maintenance equipment desirable but not essential.
- Ability to organise and manage own work effectively.
- Self-reliant and self-motivated.
- Able to work well with others and communicate effectively with other members of staff.
- Flexible, resourceful approach with evidence of initiative and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to deal calmly with emergency situations.
- Ability to follow and comply with instructions on equipment and or materials usage.
- Ability to take responsibility, remain observant and attentive to detail.
- Reliability and integrity.
- Willing and able to work outside normal hours when required.
- Physically strong; capable of working with machinery or moving heavy equipment.
- Willing to undertake relevant training
