Building Supervisor job summary

Steel City Schools Partnership are looking to recruit a skilled individuals to complement the premises staffing team currently in place.

The role will be based at Woodseats, however as part of the Trust team there will be occasions when you are asked to work at the other schools within the Trust.

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to work alongside the existing team and whose duties will include:

• Supervision of the assistant caretaker and cleaning staff
• Security of premises
• Cleaning tasks
• Maintenance and general duties

We are looking for individuals with good interpersonal skills who are able to liaise effectively with staff, pupils, visitors and external bodies.

Candidates should also:

• Be able to demonstrate attention to detail
• Be well organised
• Have a good level of literacy and numeracy
• Be committed to excellence within their work in school and across the partnership
