Business Administration Apprentice job summary
Hanley St Luke's is seeking an enthusiastic apprentice to join the business administration team!
This 18 month apprenticeship offers the ideal candidate an opportunity to support our busy academy office whilst studying towards the Level 3 Business Administrator standards. The role is offered full time, term time only.
You will undertake a range of duties, including:
- Undertake reception duties, answer routine telephone and face to face enquiries and sign in visitors.
- Assist with pupil welfare duties; liaise with parents/staff etc.
- Provide routine clerical and administrative support.
- Maintain manual and computerised records/management information systems and respond to queries.
- Undertake routine financial administration duties
