We have an exciting opportunity for aBusiness Administration Apprenticeto join our Central Support Team atProspere Learning Trust.
This apprenticeship offers a great first step into the world of business administration within a supportive and friendly environment. You will gain practical experience while studying towards aLevel 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeshipqualification.
This is a fixed term post for 18 months, duration of apprenticeship training, working 35 hours per week, all year round. The starting salary is £25,185 per annum Grade 3.
About the role
As a Business Admin Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting ourCentral Estates Team, which ensures our school buildings and grounds are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with statutory and regulatory compliance and health and safety standards to support the uninterrupted delivery of education.
You will carry out a variety of general administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the Trust, including maintaining records, assisting with compliance documentation, handling emails and phone queries, and working with digital systems. Full training will be provided. You will also receive dedicated study time during the week to complete your apprenticeship coursework and assignments.

We’re lookingfor someone who is:
- Organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail
- A good communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willing to learn and take on a variety of tasks
- Flexible, with a positive attitude to working both independently and as part of a team
- Able to work indoors and occasionally outdoors
Essential Qualifications:
- GCSE English and Maths (A*-C / 9-4 or equivalent)
- Eligible to undertake a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide general administrative support to the Estates Team and wider Central Support Team
- Operate and maintain records in key systems such as Office 365, Every, and Worknest
- Respond to internal helpdesk queries and external correspondence
- Assist in organising data, documents and reports for compliance and health & safety monitoring
- Support the preparation of documents for internal and external stakeholders
- Help ensure Trust systems and processes remain compliant with policies and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and follow safeguarding procedures at all times
