Trust Data Assistant job summary

We are seeking an organised and conscientious Trust Data Assistant‌‌‌ to join our team at The Laurus Trust. As a Trust Data Assistant, you will be responsible for processing both internal and external school data to support detailed analysis, as well as assisting with the administration and maintenance of student data across school systems. Travel to schools within our Trust may be required.

This position is contracted for up to 32 hours per week (hours/days are negotiable) Term Time Only basis. This means you will mainly work when the school is open to pupils and will not need to work during the school holidays unless the contract requires you to do so. In total you will be in work for a minimum of 37 out of 52 weeks. Additional hours may be required for exam result days in August. 

Job Purpose (For further details on the role, please find the Job Description below)

  • To assist in the development of PowerBi dashboards for statistical analysis.
  • Promote the use of the Bromcom software including, MCAS, Student Portal and Teacher App and ensure that it is being used effectively.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Sound educational background including GCSE’s in Maths and English (A*-C) or equivalent.
  • Formal qualification in data analytics or similar discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI.
