Business and Operations Partner job summary

Join our dynamic Shared Services Team as a Business & Operations Partner, supporting a geographical hub of schools. A new and exciting role, this is an opportunity to lead operational excellence, ensure compliance, and foster collaboration across key functions including Estates, HR, IT, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee operational systems and streamline processes
  • Lead facilities, Health & Safety, and compliance across hub schools
  • Manage services like cleaning, catering, and lettings
  • Support HR tasks including recruitment and performance management
  • Monitor budgets and payroll, ensuring financial accuracy
  • Promote schools locally and build sponsorship opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in operations, estates, or HR within education or similar sectors
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations
  • Commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement

Location

  • Based across hub schools with one day/week at Shared Services Team Offices
