We are seeking a motivated, target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team as part of an exciting expansion. This growth hire reflects our ongoing commitment to driving apprenticeship growth and delivering exceptional support to both employers and learners.
A self-starter mindset, strong sales focus, and the ability to meet and exceed targets are essential. In this role, you’ll be responsible for converting enquiries into enrolments while ensuring the accurate and timely completion of digital funding paperwork.
You’ll work closely with new and existing employers to assess their workforce development needs, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored apprenticeship solutions. Excellent customer service experience is vital, as you’ll also conduct detailed business reviews and provide guidance to employers, employees, and prospective learners.
In supporting recruitment across a range of apprenticeship provisions, you will play a key role in matching the right candidates to the right opportunities. Flexibility and adaptability to the changing educational landscape are crucial to succeed in this dynamic and rewarding role.Willingness to travel is essential (between college and employer sites).
