We are seeking a Business, Operations & Logistics Manager, dedicated to their profession and with a genuine desire to contribute to the advancement of our Single Academy Trust. As Business, Operations & Logistics Manager, you will be welcomed into a supportive team of professionals to:
- Provide strong strategic and operational leadership across administration, IT, facilities, data, and reprographics.
- Lead and manage core support teams to deliver a professional, welcoming, and high‑quality service for students, staff, parents, and visitors.
- Take responsibility for the Academy’s IT and digital development, including systems, infrastructure, website, and external suppliers.
- Contribute to estates, facilities, health & safety, and site security management, promoting a safe and well‑maintained environment.
- Oversee critical daily operations including timetabling, staff cover arrangements, and data deadlines.
- Lead or support procurement activities, grant funding applications, and value‑for‑money initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with data protection, information governance, and wider statutory responsibilities.
- Plan and deliver key Academy events, supporting strong community engagement.
- Provide flexible support to senior leaders on projects and initiatives that drive continuous improvement.
