What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a Business Services Assistant.The successful candidate will provide operational support to the Business Manager, academy and trust. They will be primarily involved with:
- Effective Administration & filing
- Minute taking and confidential administrative support
- Coordination of academy visits, travel & accommodation
- Systems support and reporting
- Maintaining records of staff absences
- Recruitment and Selection and process new appointments
- Involved with HR, Health & Safety information and advice
- Support Single Central Record maintenance
- Support day to day payroll and expenses enquiries.
- Support Finance and the procurement of goods and the processing of insurance claims
- Support with GDPR on site
