What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint Business Support Administrators for HR to join our multi-academy trust (MAT) to be part of our Business Services Delivery team and support the next phase of our growth in Leeds, Bradford, Manchester and Liverpool.

Our mission is to challenge educational and social disadvantage in the North. As a school trust of 17 schools, we are committed to making a difference where it matters most through delivering exceptional education in our schools in Bradford, Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester, which include primaries, secondaries, all-throughs and a standalone sixth form.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience of providing an efficient administrative service, completing tasks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Have knowledge and experience of supporting managers with payroll and other queries
  • Have the confidence and knowledge to ensure that pre-employment checks are carried out successfully on new starters
  • Have a strong moral purpose and drive for improvement.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
