About the role
We are looking for an exceptional front-line administrative and reception support to contribute to the smooth running of the academy office and creating a positive experience for all stakeholders. You will champion professional, welcoming service that reflects the values of the Trust and academy, supporting key functions such as pupil admissions, attendance, finance and parent communications. Collaborating with colleagues, you'll contribute to the academy's strong community engagement and help maintain effective office systems.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have essential qualifications, including GCSE English and Maths. A Level 2 Award or Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent) is highly desirable. The candidate should have proven experience in an administrative role within a busy office, with experience working in a school/academy desirable. The role requires strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all stakeholders. The candidate should also be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing and enjoy interacting and supporting our young children.
