Business Support Assistant job summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Adolescent Unit in providing receptionist and administrative support duties at EOTAS.

The hours will be 9am-12.50pm Monday to Friday, Term Time only (39 weeks per year). (Flexibility considered)

An example of your duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitor etc and dealing with the sign-in processes.
  • Provide personal, administrative and organisational support to other staff
  • Provide advice and guidance to staff, pupils and others
  • Manage manual and computerised record/information systems
  • Liaise with parents/ staff to obtain information as necessary.

At EOTAS, we are dedicated to providing exceptional learning and experiences to pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Difficulties The Adolescent Unit School provides education for young people aged 11-18 years who are inpatients at Marlborough House, Swindon. This is a Tier 4 tertiary referral inpatient adolescent psychiatric unit, which is part of CAMHS.
