What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Experience in an administrative or office environment (or strong potential to develop)
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Good ICT skills, including Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A friendly, approachable and professional manner
  • A flexible and proactive approach to work
  • Commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality and high standards
  • Willingness to learn and undertake training, including an apprenticeship
