About the role
As our Business Support Officer, you will:
Be the backbone of Executive Team operations
You’ll provide high‑quality administrative and organisational support — from managing diaries and preparing meetings to coordinating Trust‑wide events and ensuring smooth communication at every level.
Lead our communications and brand presence
You will take the lead on our digital and social media strategy, craft engaging content, develop marketing materials, and ensure our Trust’s story is told consistently and professionally.
Drive forward key projects
You’ll support Trust‑wide initiatives, gather data, conduct research, and prepare reports that help inform strategic decision‑making.
Build strong relationships
As a welcoming and professional first point of contact, you’ll work closely with the Executive Team, Headteachers, school colleagues, and external partners.

- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- A confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Creative, with the ability to produce high‑quality digital and print materials
- Tech‑savvy, especially across social media, website content management, and design tools
- A proactive problem‑solver who can anticipate needs and take initiative
- Professional, personable and discreet, especially when handling confidential information
