What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Significant experience in a busy administrative environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong ICT skills, including Office 365
  • Experience using MIS systems (e.g. SIMS or Arbor)
  • Ability to analyse data and maintain accurate records
  • Strong understanding of compliance, confidentiality and safeguarding
  • Ability to work independently and lead others effectively
  • A proactive, solutions-focused and professional approach
