- £28,129.00 - £30,174.00 Annually (FTE) Actual salary will reflect 10 hours per week, (with capacity for up to 15 hours a week overtime when role requires it), 39 weeks per year. Flexibility in the hours with the possibility of some remote working one day a week.
Careers Administrator - 10 hours per week job summary

The Careers Administrator role is central to the operations of the careers department, helping to ensure our students receive the highest standard of guidance and information.
Candidate requirements:-
- Possess outstanding organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and approachable manner when dealing with a wide range of people.
- Competent in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Experience using SIMS or similar school MIS systems is desirable, but not essential.
- Be self-motivated, willing to learn, have a positive "can do" attitude.
- While not essential, prior experience working in a school office or similar administrative setting is desirable.
- Candidates must have a GCSE (A to C or 4 to 9) in English and Mathematics.
- Understanding of careers guidance frameworks or Gatsby Benchmarks is desirable, but not essential.
