Salary: 5DT Grade 6 £31,536 - £35,412 pro rata, £27,366 - £30,730 actual

37 hours per week, term time plus training days (39 weeks per year)

Mon - Thurs 8.00am - 4.00pm and Fri 8.00am - 3.30pm

The 5 Dimensions Trust is excited to recruit two inspirational Careers Advisorsto support students across our schools, who will be committed to working and support our students with their career choices. One role will be based at Walton High, covering both the Walnut Tree and Brooklands campuses. The second will be a split role between The Hazeley Academyand Shenley Brook End School.

The successful candidate will have high aspirations for all our students and will be dedicated to providing them with a wide variety of opportunities to explore the different options for their future. They will be responsible for 1:1 support for our students, as well as developing partnerships with employer and bring careers to life within the curriculum. It will be an ideal appointment for someone who is committed to students making informed decision about their future pathway.

The candidate will need to have experience of working with young people and someone who wants to contribute to their development.

We welcome applications from level 6 qualified careers advisors as well as those who are level 4+ but are committed to becoming level 6 qualified, as well as those who do not currently hold any careers qualification but are driven and committed to becoming fully qualified. The Trust is committed to funding these qualifications for the right person.
