Careers and Work Experience Leader job summary

We are looking for a dynamic person to lead our Careers and Work Experience function across our Trust for our year 11 and 13 students and their parents. No two days will be the same and you will soon immerse yourself as an integral part of the Trust.

You will work across two amazing schools, based in Wellingborough and Rushden, both of which are secondary schools for students with an increasingly diverse range of cognition and learning needs. The successful applicant must be flexible and have a desire to work in an educational setting.
