We are looking for a dynamic, inspiring, creative and empathetic individual. The successful candidate will be able to connect with a range of audiences both internally and externally, from students to experts in their professional field. Above all else, the successful candidate will want to make a real difference to young people’s lives by offering imaginative, informed and personalised support.

As a vital member of our support staff team, you will be working closely with our Year 9 to Year 13 students, providing guidance and resources to assist them with their transition to the workforce or higher education.

You will need to have previous experience of working with young people and a commitment to their best outcomes, with a minimum Level 6 qualification in Careers Guidance.

Chestnut Grove is a high performing, 11-18, multicultural school in Balham, South London, with a student capacity of 1300.
