Contract: Fixed Term (1 year in the first instance), Term-time only (41 weeks)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (8:00am - 4:30pm)

What you will be doingYou will play a key role in delivering a dynamic and inclusive careers programme, including:
- Co-ordinating 1:1 guidance to students at important decision-making points
- Supporting university (UCAS), apprenticeship, and job applications
- Organising careers events, employer talks, and trips
- Building relationships with employers, universities, and training providers
- Co-ordinating meaningful work experience opportunities
- Tracking student progress and helping identify where extra support is needed
This role is ideal for a graduate or early-career professional who is:
- Passionate about making a difference to young people’s lives
- A strong communicator who can build relationships easily
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Interested in education, social mobility, or youth development

Hammersmith Academy (“the Academy”) (www.hammersmithacademy.org) is a state-of-the-art, non-denominational, all-ability, co-educational secondary school for 11-18-year-olds. Sponsored by City of London Livery Companies; the Mercers’ Company and the Information Technologists’ Company, the Academy opened in September 2011 and has now grown to approximately 950 students on roll. The Academy is oversubscribed and continues to be highly successful.
