Wellsway School and IKB Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and values-driven Careers Education and Guidance Co-ordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate and develop a high-quality Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance, supporting students and parents at key transition points (Year 9, Year 11, Year 13).
You’ll be part of a supportive and ambitious team who are committed to helping every child reach their full potential. You’ll join colleagues who work collaboratively to create a positive, inclusive learning environment where staff and pupils thrive together.
About Wellsway School and IKB Academy
Wellsway School is a well-established secondary school in Keynsham with a strong academic tradition and inclusive ethos. It provides students with a high-quality education and a wide range of opportunities to develop their interests, leadership skills, and character.
IKB Academy in Keynsham is a small and specialist secondary school with a focus on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) education. It provides a unique and supportive environment for students who are passionate about practical, real-world learning and career preparation.

A successful, high-performing 11-18 mixed comprehensive that is popular and over-subscribed, with almost 1300 students on roll.
