The Colman Schools are looking for a Caretaker to come and join our site team. The main responsibility of the job holder is support our current caretaker in looking after the two school sites and carrying out daily checks and general maintenance. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work well as part of a team and on their own initiative. The role is for 6 hours a week and the working pattern can be discussed at interview. 

The role will require liaising with external agencies and therefore strong communication skills are required. 

A working knowledge of health and safety procedures and regulations, e.g. COSHH and an understanding of pool maintenance, is beneficial but not essential as training will be given.
