Colman Junior School is looking for a Caretaker to come and join our site team. The main responsibility of the job holder will be opening and securing the school site after use by our weekend lettings.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work well as part of a team and on their own initiative as this role is mainly lone working. The post holder will be expected to be able to work a split shift on Saturdays and Sundays.
The role will require liaising with external agencies and therefore strong communication skills are required. A working knowledge of health and safety procedures and regulations, e.g. COSHH and an understanding of pool maintenance, is beneficial but not essential as training will be given.
