Caretaker job summary

We require a Caretaker with a proactive and flexible approach to join our Premises team. The role involves full caretaker responsibilities; undertaking general tasks to maintain the standard of the building and grounds, overseeing security of the building and supervision of external contractors when on site. A working knowledge of health and safety is essential to ensure that all works are completed in line with requirements and that school equipment is fit for purpose.

The successful candidate must be computer literate, preferably have GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths with an ability to work on their own initiative.
