Caretaker job summary

We are looking to recruit a committed caretaker to join our school site team, working 35 hours a week working alongside our experienced site manager.

This role involves a shift pattern, working alternate weeks with the below hours:

The working daily hours (start and finish time): AM 6.30am-2.30pm / PM – 10.30am – 6.30pm

Key responsibilities:

- Ensure the premises and grounds are safe, warm, clean and properly maintained.

- Movement of heavy goods, duties including heavy items, taking delivery and distributing supplies, moving furniture and equipment.

- Promote and protect safeguarding of all pupils, staff and visitors to site and premises.
