Salary: NJC04 – NJC06 (£25,185 - £25,989 per annum, pro rata)

Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday – Friday) AYR

Start Date: 1st September 2026

Closing Date: 7th August 2026 – 12 noon

St Chad’s CE Primary School is seeking a reliable, proactive and skilled Caretaker to take responsibility for the security, cleanliness and day‑to‑day maintenance of our school site.

 

Key duties include:

Site security and key‑holding

Routine maintenance and repairs

Health & safety checks

Monitoring contractors and managing supplies

Maintaining outdoor areas and ensuring safe access
