We commission some additional grounds maintenance tasks externally to help with the maintenance of both sites.
As our new caretaker you may be expected to work across our two sites, assisting with lettings as required on a rota basis, and will need to be flexible in your working hours and duties. You will work closely with our Site Manager to get a full induction, including manual handling and other health and safety courses, such as legionella and asbestos awareness.

- To undertake general portering duties whilst on site, including moving furniture and equipment
- To receive deliveries to the site
- To support the maintenance of the building and equipment, when required, including checking and replacing light fittings and undertaking minor repairs (where these do not require a certified contractor) to support the smooth running of the school
Experience and skills:

- Experience of carrying out minor repairs
- Ability to use tools for making minor repairs (desirable)
