What skills and experience we're looking for

Anglian Learning is pleased to share with you an exciting opportunity for a Cover Supervisor to join Linton Village College.

We are seeking a capable, proactive individual to add capacity to our staffing team through delivering lessons for absent staff. Excellent instruction skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with young people to explain ideas and support their learning is essential.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to work in a close-knit school community where everyone plays a vital part in fostering a welcoming and supportive environment, enabling both students and staff to thrive.

The position would suit someone who is interested in gaining experience before embarking on teacher training or looking to work within a secondary school setting.

The successful candidate will:
