What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a capable individual to add capacity to our staffing team through delivering lessons for absent staff. Excellent instruction skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with young people to explain ideas and support their learning is essential.

This position would suit someone who is interested in gaining experience before embarking on teacher training or looking to work within a secondary school setting.

Requests for flexibility in working arrangements/patterns will be considered.
