What skills and experience we're looking for
Benfield Sports Centre is seeking to appoint a Casual Duty Manager who can help to inspire and lead our team, ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day operation of the Sports Centre's varied activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling all aspects of the facility's operations on a flexible, as-needed basis.
The Casual Duty Manager is accountable for the operational control and quality management of the sports centre. We are looking for an experienced colleague who:
- Has experience of working in an operational, customer focussed role in a leisure facility.
- Experience in supervising and managing staff.
- Has excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Has knowledge of Health and Safety and Safeguarding within the leisure environment.
Benfield Sports Centre have their own team of staff who run the centre enabling thousands of children and adults to take part in a varied programme of activities each week.
