What skills and experience we're looking for

Casual Hours Early Years staff required to work in our outstanding Early Years Centre that is innovative, friendly and an exciting setting!

Shifts are offered as and when required, to cover absence of staff due to training, annual leave etc. The Centre is open 8.00am to 6.00pm.

You may be contacted at short notice on the day to work due to staff absence or be given hrs up to 2 weeks in advance of the shifts we need you to work.

You will:

• Experience of working with nursery aged children or hold a NVQ Level 2 / Level 3 or equivalent in Childcare and Education.

• Have children’s best interests at heart and be part of seeing them progress.

• Be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing childcare in a non-discriminatory and inclusive manner.

• Have a flexible approach to work with a warm and caring attitude.

• Be willing to undertake training specific to the role.
