Casual Examination Invigilators job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with good communication skills to join our team of Exam Invigilators on a casual basis to supervise students undertaking school examinations at various times during the academic year. Please click here for the Recruitment Pack.
Exam seasons normally fall in:
Main Exams PPEs (Pre-Public examinations)
November Resits (English & Maths) November
January January
Most of May and June February and July
Duties will include issuing and retrieving examination papers, supervising candidates during examinations, responding to queries. Full training will be provided.
The successful candidate should
Be flexible, well-organised, reliable and punctual
Have good availability and commitment to support the exams department during the exams sessions.
Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team under the guidance of the Exams Administrator and Lead Invigilator.
Experience of working in a school would be an advantage.
