Casual Facilities/Site Assistant/Maintenance Operative/Community Lettings job summary

We are seeking to appoint a Casual Site Assistant / Community Lettings Assistant to join our friendly site team when we need additional support. Duties include site security, general maintenance, moving equipment and redecoration around the school site and grounds maintenance and to support the lettings of the school’s facilities, dealing mainly with external hirers of the school’s facilities and ensuring the facilities are in a safe and clean condition ready for hire. The successful candidate should be physically able to lift heavy objects, be able to use their own initiative and skilled in routine maintenance activities and cleaning procedures.
