Four Acres is seeking a motivated Casual Teaching Assistant to join our school. You’ll be part of a supportive and ambitious team who are committed to helping every child reach their full potential. About You 

We’re looking for someone who:

Have a good standard of education (5 x GCSE’s – English and Maths C or above) or equivalent qualification/experience (e.g. substantial experience as a Teaching Assistant. 

Have an understanding of classroom roles and responsibilities and your own position within these 

Be able to support a range of children in the classroom, including those with additional needs and personal care requirements 

Be a natural communicator with the ability to relate to both pupils and adults.
