Catering Assistant job summary

To assist with the provision of a high quality food and beverage service.

Liaison with staff and suppliers.

To provide assistance with preparation of food and beverages to the required standard.

To carry out cleaning duties.

To assist with the operation of control procedures s required.

To ensure that health and safety regulations are observed in working practices.
