• Job role:
  • Catering, cleaning and site management
• Visa sponsorship: Visas cannot be sponsored
• Working pattern: Part time (Can be done as a job share): 15 Hours per week, 3 hours per day, 4 days a week
• Contract type: Permanent
• Pay scale: Level 1b

What skills and experience we're looking for

• Experience in a catering role, particularly school catering or working in a larger kitchen
• Enthusiasm for providing healthy, nutritious and delicious meals to the highest standard
• An understanding of the importance of allergies, food hygiene and compliance
• The skills required to cook unassisted, a basic understanding of stock control and online ordering
• Reliability
• A good understanding of the importance of confidentiality

Duxford CofE Community Primary is a small, rural school in South Cambridgeshire. There are good travel links with the M11 and A505 close by, as well as Whittlesford Parkway train station.
Following a fire in 2020, new classrooms with excellent resources, opened in September 2023.
