Pattern of hours - Monday, Thursday & Friday 10.30am to 14.30pm (total 12 hours each week)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Catering Assistant to join our established Catering team. Experience is an advantage, but full training will be given.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, experienced and adaptable Catering Assistant to join our established catering team within a school judged by OFSTED as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas, a school where both student achievement and attitudes to learning are amongst the best in the region. We are looking for:

  • An enthusiastic, capable person to prepare and produce food for students, staff and hospitality events A professional, courteous and adaptable approach 
  • A person who loves working as part of a team
  • Customer service skills and an understanding of the importance of providing quality food of all varieties 
  • Front and back of house services, operating cashless till system, putting stock orders away, wiping tables, washing up, setting out and clearing away of furniture, loading and unloading of dishwashers
