Catering Assistant - Secondary Site job summary

We are looking for a Catering Assistant to join our team here at Nottingham Academy!

About the role:

Working 18.75 hours - Monday-Friday 10:30am-2:15pm

Role requirements:

Previous catering/cooking experience and will be expected to assist in preparing and cooking daily menu items following the government nutritional guidelines.

Hold a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate.

Have an NVQ 2 in Food production or be willing to work towards this.

Have knowledge of Government Nutritional Guidelines and Allergy Awareness.
