Catering Manager job summary
Catering Manager Required to start ASAP
37 hours per week - term time only plus training days and cleaning day
Post Grade: APT & C Scale 4- 5, Point 7-17
We are seeking to appoint an individual for the above post, to provide a friendly and efficient service leading the catering services for Brighouse High School.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be trained to co-ordinate and take responsibility for the day to day running of one of our school kitchens. You will be involved in menu development, food ordering & preparation, staff organisation and all other aspects required to run a busy catering operation.
As a minimum, you must have a Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene qualification, have had experience of large scale catering, have access to own transport (we are a split site), be computer literate and ideally have had some experience of supervising staff.
