Catering Manager job summary
The Rowans AP Academy is seeking to appoint a highly effective Catering Manager, to start from 28th August 2025.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team in the delivery of high-quality, nutritious meals for pupils and staff, ensuring full compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations. The role encompasses day-to-day kitchen management, menu planning, and the accommodation of a range of dietary requirements.
This is a part time, permanent role, Term Time +1 week, paid on the NJC pay scale C1 points 6-19 (FTE £25,183 - £31,067 – actual salary calculated on a pro rata basis which equates to £17,562 - £21,666 per annum).
The working pattern will consist of 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30-14:30, with a 30 minute unpaid break each day.
