Working pattern
- Part time: 25 hours per week are required, term time only. This would ideally be 5.5 hours per day Monday to Thursday (9.00am - 2.30pm) and then the 3 remaining hours on Friday morning for admin/orders. Negotiable for 4 days per week, daily hours increased to 6.25 hours per day Monday to Thursday.

What skills and experience we're looking for
Catering Supervisor– Key Responsibilities
- In consultation with the Head of 6th Form, be responsible for the preparation of weekly menus, catering for all students, in line with the food and drink policy.
- To ensure that all students with allergies are catered for in compliance with our allergies policy as well as maintaining the correct documentation.
- To maintain adequate storage of food in appropriate storage conditions.
- To ensure the kitchen and all kitchen equipment is kept clean and tidy.
- To observe high standards of food hygiene during the preparation, cooking and serving of all foods.
- Maintain food safety documentation on a daily basis to comply with food safety management procedures and food hygiene regulations.
- To promote healthy eating with the students and staff.
- To maintain high standards of personal hygiene and personal appearance in accordance with the school’s hygiene policy.
