We are seeking a proactive Catering Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations across our 6 Trust schools, ensuring high standards and nutritious, budget-conscious meals for our pupils.
What the Role Involves
Quality & Compliance: Visit our 6 kitchen sites regularly to ensure immaculate hygiene standards, smooth day-to-day operations, and up-to-date compliance paperwork.
Menu Development: Design creative, appealing menus that strictly adhere to national School Food Standards while working within set financial budgets.
Operational Oversight: Act as a knowledgeable guide and support link for our on-site kitchen teams.

What We’re Looking For
Practical knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and compliance documentation.
